Training Reports

The following reports are available:

Report Title	Description
Courses Associated With Employees	List of Exposure Group training courses an employee has been associated with.
Courses Associated With Requirements	List of requirements and their associated courses. Also lists all Exposure Groups with the recall frequency for the courses joined by schedule activity codes.
Detailed Forecast Course/Student	Detailed training forecast by course and student, or student and course, grouped by none, department or supervisor.
Detailed Schedule By Course/Student	Detailed training schedule by course and student, or student and course.
Employee Course Attended	Attendees/employees per training session.
Employee Training History	Transcript of training courses an employee has completed.
Summary Forecast, Student/Session Totals, Due Dates	Number of employees scheduled to take a particular course for each month in a 12 month period.
Training Certificate Letter	Training course's details, linked to a Certificate (which is SEG) via schedule activities, presented in form of a letter as a PDF.
Training Certificates	Training course's details, linked to a Certificate (which is SEG) via schedule activities.
Training Class Roster	List of attendees/employees, with option for employee signature per education session. The list may be sorted by employee name, department, trainer, or supervisor; if you choose department or supervisor, each starts on a new page. You may exclude any attendees who have been marked as Attended. A system setting allows you to exclude the Employee Number from the roster, for example if they are private such as SIN/SSN.
Training Compliance Status by Course and Department	Detailed training compliance status by course or department. The option to run by course can be grouped by none, department or supervisor.
Training Profile	List of Exposure Groups associated with courses.
Training Recalls	List of Exposure Group training courses an employee is being recalled for.
Training Session Schedule By Date and Course/Student	Detailed training schedule by date and course, or date and student, grouped by none, department or supervisor.

Training recall dates in these reports are based on the Attended Date in the training record; if the Attended Date was not populated, the Course Date will be used in the calculation of the recall date.
