Case management is used to record and track the progress of occupational or non-occupational injuries. The Case Managed check box must be selected on the Case/Incident tab.
To view the related incident, choose Actions»Go to Incident. The Body Fluid Exposure record must be linked to an incident (as described in Reporting an Incident) which is in turn linked to a case where Case Managed is selected and the Case Type matches that defined in the BFE Case Type list in the system settings.
To view the related case in the Case Management module, choose Actions»Go to Case.
For more information, see Working with the Incident Report, Working with a Case Master File, and Changing Your System Settings.
