This table lists describe the type of case being managed (e.g long term disability, workers’ compensation, sick time).
On the Case Type To Do List tab, identify all activities that will be required for the case type, along with the Due Date Gap and Due Date Gap Period.
When the case record is saved, a To Do record is created for each activity. The Date Scheduled is calculated based on the Enrollment Date on the case record and the Gap and Period defined here.
Optionally, select the Standardized Value (from the CaseTypeStandardizedValue look-up table) to categorize each record. This value will be used by the predictive Analytics module to compare your data to that of other organizations and determine your relative performance.
