CaseActivityOutcome

This table lists outcomes of case activities (e.g. Employee Attended Hospital, Information Obtained, LTD Approved, Referral Scheduled).

You can define new to-dos to be automatically created when the outcome is selected. For example, when the LTD Approve case activity outcome is selected for a case, a new to-do is created automatically for a case review two months later. To define these:

  1. Open the record for the “parent” activity outcome.

  2. On the Case Activity Outcome To Do List tab, create a new record to identify the Activity, Due Date Gap, and Due Date Gap Period.

The due date for the new to-do is based on the completion date of the previous to-do.
